Reduce cholesterol naturally

Reduce cholesterol with drugs continuously can cause side effects that are harmful to the kidneys. To lower cholesterol naturally, we can follow these steps :
  1. Avoid foods that are processed by frying but eat foods that are boiled, roasted or baked.
  2. Doing regular exercise and increased physical activity in order to walk at least 30-40 minutes every day in order to burn fat and calories happen.
  3. Avoid foods that contain lots of fat and cholesterol-rich foods such as french fries and other fast food such as tortillas, hot dogs, burgers, pastries and other desserts. 
  4. Lose weight in order to stay balanced and proportionate.
  5. Avoid fizzy drinks, alcohol and smoking
  6. Reduce your intake of foods with carbohydrates and saturated fat levels
  7. 1. Avocado
